A portion of the meeting may be closed. The Commission would like to have a discussion at this meeting on the potential release of some additional ranked Processors, and welcomes input from the public. Thirty minutes of the meeting will be devoted to comments, and speakers will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Oral remarks must be limited to two minutes. Individuals hoping to speak in person must sign in by 1:30 pm. The Commission will also consider written comments received from those who cannot be accommodated within the 30 minute oral comment period. Written comments from all parties must be submitted to maryjo.mather@maryland.gov by 5:00 pm on Friday, August 25, 2017.

Comments:  The Commission would like any interested parties to provide either verbal or written comments on the topics above. All persons wishing to comment must send a written version of their comments, even if commenting in person, to maryjo.mather@maryland.gov, by the close of business, Tuesday, October 3, 2017.  Comments already submitted for the September 27, 2017 meeting do not need to be submitted again.    Oral remarks must be limited to three (3) minutes.
