Grant Announcement: The Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) is pleased to make available an Announcement for Grant Applications for the Medical Cannabis Educational and Business Development Training Program. The Request for Grant Applications (RFA) is here.
Grant Funded Activities: The Educational and Business Development Training Program was established by the Natalie M. LaPrade Medical Cannabis Commission Reform Act, enacted by the Maryland General Assembly in 2018. The goal of this grant opportunity is to reduce barriers to entry into the medical cannabis industry faced by small, minority-, and women-owned businesses. The grant program is one manner in which MMCC is actively seeking to encourage and promote participation by diverse groups in the Maryland medical cannabis industry.
