The proposed draft does not prohibit internet or social media advertising, but instead requires licensees to enable the existing website and app platform options/settings that create "age-gates" or age-verification processes to ensure minors do not access their account or site. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. all have options for restricting minors from accessing content that a user can enable, as is frequently the case for accounts hosted by alcohol and tobacco companies.
