QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION REPORTS

ATTENTION: The quarterly reporting process has been updated as follows.

All Licensees shall submit a report of the products they offered for distribution during each quarter. These Quarterly Distribution Reports are due within 30 days following the end of the quarter. COMAR 10.62.22.06, COMAR 10.62.23.07, COMAR 10.62.30.08

Using the same form, Dispensaries must also provide the number of unique patients served and the number of total patients served during each quarter. Distribution Reports are due within 30 days following the end of each quarter.

  • “Unique” refers to the number of individual patients the dispensary served during the quarter
    • (i.e. John Doe + Jane Doe = 2 unique patients)
  • “Total” refers to the number of patient transactions completed during the quarter
    • (i.e. John Doe served 3 times + Jane Doe served 2 times = 5 total patient transactions).
