​If your government-issued photo ID is a Maryland driver's license or MVA ID card, you must submit images of both the front and back of the card.  A few options for getting those images into a single file to upload with your application are listed below.

 

Option 1

1. Take pictures of both the front and back of your driver's license or ID card and, if necessary, proof of Maryland address.
2. Insert all images into a Word document and save it as a PDF.

 

Option 2

1. Scan and print OR copy the front of your driver's license or ID card.
2. Place the card face down lower on the page and scan and print OR copy again OR take a photo with your smartphone or digital camera.

 

Option 3

If you have a method for doing so, scanning to a multi-page PDF is also acceptable.
